I booked my first 2 loads with JB Hunt today for 2 different trucks and I will never book with JB Hunt again. First truck was loaded the wrong load. When contacting JB Hunt I had to send 4 emails that no one ever answered, was on hold for HOURS until finally someone picked up and then the broker was very upset that I was not ueber friendly to her and hung up on me. 2nd truck was a PO load and when checking in, he was asked for a trailer. Again, emails with no response and then the after-hours guy said that ALL POWER ONLY LOADS NEED A TRAILER.
