The move experience was horrible. The driver and the rep from Proline were fighting thru us the entire month they had our stuff, which "Matt" kept telling us was a normal time frame, even though it is only 2000 miles. We could not get answers as to where our good were at any time and finally the driver reached out to us needing gas money to make it the final leg of the delivery stating that Proline would not give him any money to get our stuff to us. They destroyed approx. $30,000 worth of my household items in a move back in April 2022. We have tried numerous times to contact them, but they will not respond. We have tried hiring an attorney, but they are not getting responses either. I cannot stress enough - DO NOT USE this company! You will have broken & destroyed furniture, loss of items, and then no recourse to get any type of reimbursement even though they are required by contract to reimburse us for at least the weight. Text messages go unanswered. I tried calling the number we had to "Matt" and I have been blocked. After the cost to move across country we cannot afford to replace all the items they destroyed. And, yes, they destroyed. By their own greed, they picked up other loads along the route and would take our items on and off a UHAUL truck! They threw our items around and had complete disrespect for our property.
