Booked 2 FTLs MI-CA with them on 11/01, PU on 11/02. They had to deliver on 11/07. Instead, they disappeared right after the load was picked up. Drivers' phone numbers were fake. Dispatchers who took the phone only once or twice a day were just placing on eternal hold. Luckily, the customer had GPS tracker and we discovered that both trucks had been open and the carrier reloaded the freight to the TRAIN in IL. Despite we knew the truth they still lied that the freight had been delivered on time and they were waiting for PODs. Once their train reached CA, they started blackmailing to pay them before the delivery. They didn't even try to explain something. As a result, we lost very valuable client. Just a very very very awful carrier. If it's been possible, I'd given them 0 stars review.
