Contracted Tuff Excavation to provide fill and built a 5' tall house pad. Pad density was at 70 - 85% compacted. Insufficient to build on. Tuff did not stand behind their work. Did not respond to multiple communications by phone, text and e-mail. They were paid in full before it was decided to test the pad for density. Other below standard workmanship inspired the density tests after the pad was built and they had been paid. I have been left to fix their work at my expense. Would not recommend the services of any company that does not stand behind their work.
